“You’re gonna need some real estate agents, some realtors, some brokers, some accountants,” said John Roush, owner of Roushou Real Estate in Madison.
“We need to have a professional-grade person, a certified agent who is willing to do the work and is in the best shape of his life.”
Rousou said his sales force of over a dozen people includes licensed real estate brokers and brokers who have worked in the industry for over 25 years.
The salesforce will be responsible for recruiting new agents to join the agency and training the new agents on how to properly navigate the Trump administration.
He said the real estate industry is in a transition period right now and he wants to keep the industry on its feet by creating a network of trusted professionals that will be there to help with sales, as well as with marketing.
“I’m going to have some realty brokers come in, and we’re going to work together,” he said.
“This is a real estate profession where if you’re not doing the right thing, you’re going nowhere.”
Roulh said the transition will be “pretty intense” and that he is ready to handle a flood of new clients.
“My biggest worry is I’m going on vacation, but we’ve got a whole new staff and a whole different set of expectations,” he told WPRI.
“It’s a big change.”

A salary of $70.000 would give a Wisconsin agent the chance to make over $1 million per year, according to the Wisconsin Real Estate Association.
Roushi said that in the future, he is looking at raising his annual pay, but he is also considering doing something else that he believes will give him a better shot at making money.
“In five years, if I want to retire, I’ll be making more money than if I’ve worked my whole career,” he added.
“But if I do, I won’t have a job.”
The WREA said that many of the jobs in the realtoring and brokerages are low paying and that it is important that real estate professionals have the skills necessary to become professionals.
“Real estate agents are often trained in different aspects of real estate business, and it is their responsibility to provide professional services in their field,” the WREAC said.
The WRA has partnered with WREAT, the Wisconsin State Board of Real Estate Trades, and WREASD to provide training in real estate for all real estate workers.
The training will take place from April 2-5 at the National Association of Realtors and the Wisconsin Association of Realtors.
Real Estate Contractors Are Ready to Re-enter the Market The real estate field is in its second year of recovery after the Great Recession.
The unemployment rate in the state fell from 5.4% to 4.6% in 2016, but there are still more than 3 million people unemployed in the country.
The economy is booming, as the unemployment rate fell below 5% in June.
Rouli said that although the economy is strong right now, it is a long-term recovery.
“Our economy is really in the tank right now,” he explained.
“The housing market is still doing well, the business market is doing well.
We’re not in a bubble right now.
It’s a recovery and we need to keep going.”
Roodhs family has lived in the home he bought in Madison for over 20 years.
He is the founder and CEO of Roodhaus, a realty company in Madison that has a team of nearly 50 full-time and part-time agents.
The company is a full-service company, and Roodhi said it is an ideal fit for the industry.
“There are a lot of agents out there that are not going to get paid well,” he says.
“When I see a business that is full- time and part time and I see them getting paid $70-80 an hour, that is not right.”
Roudhaus is hiring for a full time job, but it is not a part- time job.
“Part-time jobs, that are the ones that are going to pay you, they are going in for $40,000,” Roulih said.
Roodih said he has seen agents being offered the $70-$80 an-hour jobs that are on the market
